The International Tax Group
The International Tax Group was founded in 1970 by four tax practitioners from different countries having one of its purposes to write joint articles on international tax topics. The Group has since published 23 articles plus a few written by separate members with input from the group. The number of countries represented initially expanded to 11 and has since expanded to 13. The members meet in person twice a year. A feature of the articles is that they contain no separate sections for each country but are written as an integrated text including features taken from different countries. The small number of articles written over the 50 years reflects the considerable time taken in the preparation of each one.
